Revenue Systems Architect · GTM Engineer

Justin Tuttle

I turn marketing, recruiting, and data into systems that drive recurring revenue.

Most companies run growth on disconnected tools and manual work. I connect CRM, automation, AI, and data into one operating system — so customer acquisition, onboarding, and follow-through run without constant attention — working closely with owners, founders, and leadership teams.

What I do

One system, three levers.

Marketing

Systems that attract and convert customers — campaigns, funnels, follow-up, and sales conversations wired directly into the CRM.

Recruiting

Systems that find, screen, and move candidates through hiring, so growing companies can staff up without drowning in manual coordination.

Tracking

Dashboards and attribution that show where revenue comes from, what's working, and where work gets stuck.

Automation

The connective tissue: repetitive handoffs, data entry, and follow-ups handled by workflows instead of people.

Professional goal

Build systematic engines that supply my clients with recurring revenue. Through marketing, recruiting, and tracking, I create more money with efficient processes that I automate and systematize — working closely with company leadership and founders to create custom-tailored solutions.

Industries

Industries I've built million+ dollar engines for.

  • Vacation & short-term rentals
  • Private equity recruiting at acquired companies
  • Temporary housing & home insurance arbitrage agencies
  • E-commerce products
  • AI & crypto trading offers
  • Transportation, trucking & logistics agencies

Selected achievements

Work that connected growth to operations.

  1. 01

Built a vertical SaaS operation from the ground up.

As Co-Founder & Technical Lead of Go STR Marketing, I architected CRM foundations, onboarding, workflow automation, KPI dashboards, attribution reporting, and customer-success systems for a vacation-rental and hospitality marketing platform — and served as a primary technical support resource.

  2. 02

Connected commercial goals to working operational systems.

Through HL Design, I've designed multi-entity CRM architectures, connected fragmented tools, automated handoffs, and built operational reporting across hospitality, marketing, insurance-related, and other operations-heavy businesses.

  3. 03

Helped turn complex housing operations into structured workflows.

HL Design's team-delivered temporary-housing platform work connected intake, placement, communications, and operational coordination. My role: architecture and implementation involvement.

  4. 04

Designed reliable data foundations for property operations.

Data modeling, API integration strategy, automation design, and deployment planning for custom data warehouse and property-management systems — replacing fragmented manual data handling with a more consistent operating foundation.

  5. 05

    Built repeat-guest revenue systems.

Four years of guest-reactivation work for hospitality and short-term rental businesses, connecting existing guest relationships to follow-up campaigns and direct-booking conversations. The Repeat Adventure System extends that experience to adventure operators.

Selected work

Four systems, four kinds of problems.

Vertical SaaS / Hospitality

Go STR Marketing

Problem
Growth depends on more than campaigns; onboarding, customer data, reporting, and support must work together.
Contribution
CRM architecture, onboarding automation, KPI dashboards, attribution reporting, customer-success workflows, and technical troubleshooting.
Why it matters
Demonstrates product ownership and ongoing responsibility for a real customer-facing operation, not just one-off automations.

Operational Platform / Insurance-Related Workflows

Temporary Housing Operations

Problem
Complex placements and communication create manual coordination across multiple parties.
Contribution
Architecture and implementation involvement within HL Design's team-delivered platform work.
Why it matters
Shows an ability to translate complicated real-world operations into structured, maintainable systems.

Data Architecture / Systems Integration

Property Data Infrastructure

Problem
Fragmented records and disconnected tools make operational information difficult to trust.
Contribution
Data modeling, API integration strategy, automation design, and deployment planning.
Why it matters
Improves the underlying information flow rather than merely adding another dashboard.

AI-Assisted Operations

Recruiting Workflow Automation

Problem
Recruiting teams face repetitive coordination and information-processing work.
Contribution
AI-assisted recruiting workflow consulting for Talent Acquisitions Group.
Why it matters
Practical application of AI to operational work — without hype or fabricated productivity percentages.

Why I stand out

Commercial judgment. Technical ownership.

I understand the business behind the workflow.

My work starts with how customers arrive, how teams respond, where ownership breaks down, and what the business needs to measure.

I stay close to implementation.

I can translate the requirement, design the system, connect the tools, troubleshoot the failure, and help the team use what was built.

I have operated what I built.

Co-founding a SaaS business meant responsibility for onboarding, reporting, customer support, and the practical consequences of technical decisions.

I care about the handoff.

Clear documentation, maintainable architecture, and understandable workflows matter as much as the initial launch.

How I build

Understand → Design → Build → Document.

  1. STEP 1

    Understand the business

Discover how work actually flows, who owns each step, and what needs to be measured.

  2. STEP 2

    Design the system

Model the data, plan integrations, and define lifecycle and automation logic.

  3. STEP 3

    Build and validate

Implement, test against real scenarios, and troubleshoot across tools.

  4. STEP 4

    Document and improve

Write it down, hand it off clearly, and refine with feedback from actual use.

Operating principle

Focus over throughput.

I prefer clear ownership and sustained attention over a collection of disconnected quick fixes.
